At Kelli-Marie's Signature Sweets, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Ordering Policy

How It Works

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance. Orders over $100 must be placed at least one week in advance.  Kelli-Marie always appreciates orders that are placed weeks/ months in advance

Changes in Orders

Everything You Need to Know

We understand that plans change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible.
We accept changes (flavors, fillings and some designs) for your order with 7 days notice before pick up date. This does not apply for wedding and groom's cakes or last minute orders placed with less than 48 hours or cakes with intrincate designs. This is because for some designs take more time and planning.

All changes must be handled and confirmed directly with Kelli-Marie.


The Information You Need to Know

Orders over $150 will require a 25% deposit, the rest will be required upon pick up.  Payments are accepted through cash, Venmo or Credit/ Debit Cards through Square.  If the items ordered are not picked up or cancelled 48 hours in advance, the 25% will not be returned.

Orders cancelled before 48 hours in advance will be full refunded
